The Adventures of Robin Hood
Douglas Fairbank’s 1922 silent film of Robin Hood is accompanied by a quintet of HESPERUS musicians who perform lively and dramatic medieval and renaissance works about the gallant outlaw. A residency is also available, including educational materials and a pre-concert talk on The Outlaws of England.

A Christmas Carol
HESPERUS and revered singer/actor Charles Williams were commissioned by Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage to create an accompanied reading of the beloved classic, using country dance tunes and 18th century British carols.

HESPERUS provides the live music for a bi-lingual, staged production of the familiar fairy tale with the internationally-known French/English-language theatre company Le Neon.

THE WILD KINGDOM: A Book of Beasts
An irreverent exploration of the animal kingdom, with guests, mime Mark Jaster and narrator Robert Aubry Davis. The mysterious cat, slithering panther, mythical phoenix and majestic lion live in medieval & renaissance texts and music, and Mark’s hilarious antics.
